				Competition Information

				Welcome to all bands and individuals from Australia and overseas who wish to compete at the 2009 Nationals. This annual competition is the premier event for concert and brass bands across Australia. In 2009 the Australian Nationals will be hosted by the Band Association of NSW, Inc. (BANSW) under the auspices of the National Bands Council of Australia

	Important Deadlines

19 December	Entries for Solos (Open and Junior) as well as Open Grade Events are now closed. No Late entries accepted
31 January 2009	Sponsor a solo event @ $100 per event - Opportunity closes on for information regarding solo sponsorship use the left hand menu.
13 February 2009	Junior Grade Band events. entries close
26 February 2009	All perpetual trophies must be returned to State Governing bodies
26 February 2009	Player Registrations Close
26 February 2009	Copies of Own Choice music must have been received
27 March 2009	All permits to be lodged with State Governing Bodies
